Penguin of the Week - February 26th, 2015
Hello penguins! Club Penguin has announced this week's Penguin of the Week! This week, they have selected Dige 2 due to him being extremely kind to his friends, always sending them postcards and liking their igloos.

SoundStudio Party - Don't Miss This!
Hello penguins! Polo Field has released on the Club Penguin Blog a new list of things to do at the SoundStudio Party! Do you guys wanna see it? Here it is!
They read as follows:
1: Play a song at each stage of Snowball Records (don't forget your reward!)
2: Like as many concert and awards show iggys as you can!
3: Listen to remixed songs in the Dance Club
4: Nominate a friend for an award at the Awards Ceremony
5: Throw down in the limo's dance pool
6: Make some noise and start a jackhammer flash mob in the Snow Forts
7: Take your puffles in to the Coffee Shop (because that's what the celebrities do right?)
8: Wear your most outrageous outfit and summon your entourage make a splash on the red carpet
9: Check out the SoundStudio app on your mobile device
10: Host a VIP party backstage!
These all seem like good ideas, but #9 does not work, as I checked Google Play, and the app is not appearing. These lists kind of remind me of the old "Top 10 Things To Do at the [Fair, April Fools Party 2012, etc], don't they?

Club Penguin Times - Issue 448 - Talent Show Shows Off the Best!
Hello penguins! Club Penguin Times has just released a new issue of the newspaper! It is issue #448, and is about DJ Cadence and the SoundStudio Party.
This is the list of upcoming events. On Marchc 5th, the Penguin Style arrives, and on March 12th, the Better Igloos catalog will update. The new play will be Space Adventure: Planet Y. This is a bit sad, considering we haven't seen Space Adventure with the original Planet X in many a year. Also, from calculating numbers, I have come to the conclusion that the 7th Annual Puffle Party will begin on March 19th.

Club Penguin Uploads "You Got This!" Full Audio Clip to YouTube

SoundStudio Party Now Touring!
The Soundstudio Party is here! There are currently 6 decorated rooms, 2 partially decorated rooms, and 9 party rooms. For some odd reason, the sky changes color once you get to the Dock or the Forest to show penguins that the party takes place towards the center of the island. There is a special party map, showing all the decorated areas (Which is very little compared to the Star Wars Rebels Takeover last month) on the island. The Coffee Shop has EXCELLENT music, I might add.
Here are the cheats!
For those who would like a written guide, here goes.
Written Guide
The party starts in the Snow Forts. You will see DJ Cadence Talking. What she says is "The Soundstudio Party has hit the island! This is your shot at STARDOM! Just head to Snowball Records in the Snow Forts and you can record a song! After trying out for all four songs, members can try out for the talent show. They'll perform for me and special guest judges to prove they're music masters!" After that, you can visit some decorated party rooms, including the Coffee Shop, the Stage (Online Only) also known as the Awards Show, the Limousine, and more.
In the Snow Forts, you can take the right path to the Town Plaza, the left path for the Town Center, and the Upper-Left path for Snowball Records. You'll want to go there.
Once you are at snowball records, waddle into the door in the top-right corner of the room. This door should have a star on it.
After that, pick a song type. You might want to pick the top one if you are going to try them all. This will send you to a room. While in the room, you will notice a song note graph. Play the song by clicking the tiles (piano keys, guitar strings, Umbrellas, cowbells, etc.) with the same music notes on them. Play the entire song in order to win 2 prizes; one for non-members, and one for members only. Once you have obtained your prize, go to the next dance room by going out of the door with the star and heading back in again, but choosing a different song type.
Play the songs over and over again to get more prizes. If you complete all types of music, you are officially done here if you are a non-member. If you are a member, head to the Snow Forts and visit the building on the left labeled "Play for Cadence" to continue.
Here, you will play for DJ Cadence, showing her your Soundstudio skills. This is basically the same concept, but with a double-length song, and Cadence is watching. Note that buoy #4 is behind the judges desk in the Dance section, as well as the Modern Art on the top of Icystorm's Igloo is behind the desk in the Pop section. If you win, you can head over to the Awards show. There, you can waddle up on stage and thank everyone for giving you the award that you got 2 years ago: The Oosma Kappa Trophy from the Monsters Takeover. If you don't have this, that's okay. You can now ride in your fancy limo by clicking on the arrows on the roof. You are now finished with this party.

New Pin - K-Dance Pin (Cadence Pin)
Hello penguins! Club penguin has released a new pin! This time, one of a type we haven't seen before. It is the K-Dance Pin and appears to be a cutout of Cadence's head from her player card, but with a white border around it. It is currently at the Beach on the side of the lighthouse.

Club Penguin Times - Issue 487 - Time to Shine!
Hey penguins! the new issue of the Club Penguin Times has returned, and so have we! Welcome to CP Secrets!
This week's newspaper discusses the SoundStudio party currently happening. The first article explains how at the party, you can perform live on stage for others. The second article describes DJ Cadence's career as a DJ/songwriter. The third article, this week, has Island Rumors as opposed to the Upcoming Events section that we typically have. On the back side, there is a secret folder containing a letter from Rockhopper, some Ask Aunt Arctic, and some jokes. Do you, by any chance, prefer this paper of last week's paper?
